Five reasons why it’s good to ask for help:

1.  When you ask for help, you are taking the first step toward not continuing to hide the problem.  This also becomes the first step in admitting that you are willing to find a solution for your concerns.

2. When you ask for help, you have come to the conclusion that teaming with others is often more easy than solving a problem by yourself.

3. When you ask for help, you are not turning your life over to someone else.  You are becoming educated and more knowledgeable.  Yes, you are a student for now, but later you will be able to help someone else with your new found knowledge.

4. When you ask for help, you may be opening a new unknown door; a door that may lead to better things for you in your life.

5. When you ask for help, you are allowing someone else the opportunity to learn something from you.  You see, we all learn from each other when you are willing to ask for help.
